My story isn’t for the faint of heart, so brace yourself.
It starts with a pivotal moment:
My father, languishing in a hospital ward with cancer.
And me, giving birth to my eldest daughter—four weeks earlier than expected.
Two weeks later, my father had passed away.
But grief’s a funny thing:
Instead of slowing down, I powered through.
I continued to work and the stress I refused to feel seeped into my joints like poison.
My doctor diagnosed me with Fibromyalgia, but I didn’t want to pop a pill. Convinced there had to be another way, I stumbled across the answer—almost by accident.
As I worked alongside horses to become certified in Melisa Pearce’s Equine Gestalt Coaching Method®, I felt the pain in my joints gradually melt away.
And today, I’m almost completely pain-free!

For over 45 years, there was a 7 year old girl inside of me that insisted, “I’m an artist.”

But somehow, in the thick of life and responsibility and raising a family, her voice got smothered.

It is only NOW that the intuitive visionary inside of me is finally taking a breath and waking up.  

And I can’t tell you how freeing that feels.
